Our returns & refunds policy:

We are saddened to hear that you are not happy with your GOAL tub(s). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@goal-water.com. 

If your delivery arrived damaged, please reach out to us with your name and order # at hello@goal-water.com and we can help you from here.

 

Our cancellation policy:

If you have a recurring subscription, you can skip or cancel at any time. However, once an order has been placed and payment completed on a subscription order we can not process a cancellation on that specific order. Please email us at hello@goal-water.com if you have any questions.
